Developer Pamela Stevens has unveiled plans for a new casino resort in downtown Las Vegas, adding to the city’s ever-expanding entertainment district with a property aimed at attracting a younger demographic.
The project, announced at a press conference in Las Vegas, features a modern design with boutique hotel rooms, a mid-sized gaming floor, and multiple dining and nightlife venues. Stevens described the development as a response to shifting visitor preferences, with an emphasis on experiences over traditional high-volume gambling.
Downtown Las Vegas is experiencing a renaissance, and this project is designed to capture the energy of that transformation.

Construction is expected to begin later this year, with an anticipated opening within two years. The casino will create an estimated 1,500 jobs and is projected to draw both tourists and local residents to the revitalized downtown area.
